Very low, constant vibration sound, similar to car engine far away or even some household item. It changes the pitch from time to time. I hear it at night only, when there are no other sounds around (household items, traffic). As I open the window, the sound sort of disappears and reappears as soon as I close the window. Seems like it is inside the apartment building I live in, but it's untraceable.
