Red lights in Jura, France
On December 26, 1976, at around 8:15 PM, two witnesses observed for several minutes pale red and yellow lights coming from the West. The whole thing traced looping patterns while moving slowly toward the East. This phenomenon occurred above Mont Fevrier, not far from the radio station. The witnesses also saw a red ball rise from the high-voltage line to go meet the luminous group and disappear.
No other testimony was collected, and the agent at the radio station in Cuisseaux noticed nothing.
