On July 17, 2015 at 10:30 PM, five people were intrigued by the presence of a round orange object near a storm cloud. The luminous phenomenon left after 10 minutes. It came back and disappeared again. Fighter jets were seen at that moment. Photos taken with mobile phones were not usable. Only one testimony was collected. The strangeness of this case is mainly created by the simultaneity of the observation of the UAP with two known phenomena (storm and fighter jets) that the witness unconsciously associates, while nothing indicates that there is a link between the three phenomena apart from a temporal and spatial concomitance (see the investigation report). The testimony is weakly consistent, with little data collected and usable. The observation conditions are moreover poor, at night. Although some clues suggest a confusion with two Thai lanterns, this case is to be classified as "C" as an observation of a phenomenon for which the absence of concrete and usable data does not allow a conclusion.
