On Sunday, December 18, 2016 at 9:05 PM, three people on a public square observe the silent movement of a very bright phenomenon in the night sky. This intense white light seems to stop above a building and then quickly departs again. The light intensity decreases and the UAP disappears heading North, hidden by fog. The observation lasts about one minute. Only one testimony is collected in 2017.
