An account in C�tes-d'Armor, France

On August 22, 2016, in the middle of the afternoon, a technician on an outside assignment in Plouha (22) observes in the sky, in a northerly direction, a dark-colored object that occasionally reflects sunlight. The shape of the object makes him think of a paraglider wing, but nothing hangs beneath the object. The witness follows the object's movements in the sky and decides to take a photo of it, then to follow it by car. The UAP moves slowly toward the northeast, making small rotations on itself. The witness then loses sight of it. No other testimony will be reported. The witness will provide the investigator with the photo taken during the observation: unfortunately, it does not allow the UAP to be seen (too far away) but confirms the time of the observation (3:28 PM). The observation is not very strange, but it still prompted the witness to report it, to understand what he saw. The witness is reliable. The investigation shows that it was most likely a paraglider from the PLOUEZAILES club, as its president indicates. The case is consistent (0.7) and not very strange (0.25). It is classified A: probable paraglider in flight.
