The witness regularly observes yellow lights to the southeast, which appear, move slightly, and disappear.
The witness's direction of observation corresponds to the area where, with a west or northwest wind, planes coming from the south line up on the runway of Orly aerodrome (see map). The witness only sees the landing lights of these planes, which are highly directional: he therefore only sees them when the plane is facing him.
