An open record of things people cannot explain

An account in Yvelines, France

On February 4, 2012 at around 11:15 PM, people located in the Yvelines and in the Aube observe in the sky the silent movement of a luminous phenomenon colored blue-green and orange. The trajectory is straight. The testimonies match well the characteristics of an observation of atmospheric reentry. The direction toward the West-Southwest and the duration of only a few seconds rule out the hypothesis of a reentry of space debris. GEIPAN classifies this case "B": probable atmospheric reentry of a meteoroid (meteorite fall).
