On April 7, 2011 at 11:06 PM, a witness living on the 7th floor of a building noticed a luminous phenomenon in the sky that intrigued him. The witness describes it as a formation made of two rather oval parts very close together, changing from white to orange, then taking on a red color and disappearing without any particular noise. The observed phenomenon suggests two Thai lanterns moving away from the observer.
