The date of the photograph, extracted from the photo's EXIF data, indicates that it was taken on December 19, 2008 at 9:24 PM. Cases of observations on Réunion of Thai lanterns moving had been reported to GEIPAN on December 14 and 16, 2008. No further details will be given by the witness.
