A witness sends us a photograph on which red spots appear. After analysis of the photograph, it turns out that the red dots are reflections of the streetlights inside the camera lens. If you connect each streetlight to a red dot, the 3 segments intersect at one point, which is the "mirror" point of the phenomenon, and this mirror point is placed exactly at the center of the photo, which therefore corresponds to the focal point of the lens. Each red dot has an intensity related to the distance of the streetlights in the photo, and so their light intensity varies. This phenomenon is fairly common, but this photo is truly a "textbook case," probably due to the fact that the 3 streetlights are grouped around the optical center of the lens.
