An open record of things people cannot explain

An account in Oise, France

A witness reports that as a child, during the summer of 1994 (the witness no longer remembers the exact month and day; they are given here arbitrarily), he observed the movements of a luminous ball. This ball, reddish-orange in color, was the size of a marble and was very close to the witness. It moved without making any noise. The witness was and remains strongly impressed. Twice in 2006, this same witness was able to observe the furtive and more distant movement of luminous balls. No other testimony was collected by the gendarmerie about observations of the same type in the area. Despite an IPN investigation with the witness, this recent testimony about old observations lacks data.
