An account in Ctes-d'Armor, France

A witness transmitted to GEIPAN on March 5, 2009, the account of an observation lasting a few seconds that took place on March 13, 1994. Between 5:00 p.m. and 5:20 p.m. on a road leading to Ploubalay, the witness saw an object moving very quickly toward the North on a slightly inclined trajectory. The object disappeared into the clouds. No precise information could be gathered on the shape and dimensions of the object seen at high altitude. The age of the observation and the lack of information make any investigation difficult, if not impossible.
