On September 22, 1981, starting at 3:30 AM, several witnesses including police officers saw glows of different colors at low altitude. The weather was rainy and stormy, which did not allow the witnesses to give a precise description of these lights or their origin. The white light was quickly identified as coming from a microwave relay. However, the red light that appeared intermittently and the constant green light were not clearly identified. These lights moved very quickly and in a disorderly manner. No noise was heard during the entire observation. In addition, the main witness says he very strongly felt a warm wind, about which we have no other information.
