Diesel Motor in the distance running idle, Machine sound IMPORTANT!!!! The sound started only after there were constructions in the ground, close to my apartment. I asked the construction worker what they were doing he said they were changing/placing electric cables, because i was assuming that they were updating the internet cables. My guess is, the sounds comes from underground, i am not a scientist, but it is clearly related to the electric network cables. Because before the construction this was the most quite place on earth at night. PS. just a question: why would they put electric cables in the ground in the year 2018? can anyone explain that i cant
