Sounds like an idle Truck engine, Very deep Vibrating sensation. I can CLEARLY feel the physical vibration in the air/wall IMPORTANT !!! The sound started after there were constructions done close to my place, where they dug up electronic cables or replaced them, it has to do with the electrical network, i am not a scientist, that's what the construction workers told me when i asked them what they were doing , because i thought they were working on the internet cables.
