An account in USA, Milwaukee
It sounds like a diesel truck idling outside of my house, and when I got outside to look for it (since it's not visible from my windows), I can barely hear it. But it's very loud inside my house. I can't tell you the relief I feel in finding out about this, not only this map and survey, but the fact that others hear it too. I'm just listening to a podcast episode of Stuff You Should Know, and they're talking about this phenomenon. That's how I found this place, and I'm so thankful that I'm near tears. Please, if you ever want to ask me any more questions, my name is Laura Lenz, I live in West Allis, Wisconsin, and my email is lauralenzmassage@gmail.com.
