A low hum in United States, Descanso 91916. Very rural area
A low humming, mechanical type sound. Almost like a car playing rap music far away or a helicopter flying in the distance that won't go away. I only hear it in my bedroom. There is a smart meter on that side of the house. I think I am hearing it only in this spot because I am on the grid line.
