A very low frequency but not at the same frequency of Ac distribuition, i'm think at about 70-74Hz, with some phasing change, and some change in volume. I have tried to record also with spectral analisys. The sound is present also in the blackout and this is very strange. The sound is very weak, and very difficult to record.
What they reported
First noticed: 2012
Pitch: I have already reported to a frequency of 70-74Hz
Loudest: Equal night and day
Where: Indoors
Symptoms: it's not annoying, but i'm curious, because i have heard it also with extended energy blackout
Changes with weather: no
What stood out: a low hum
