An account in in Via del Mar, in Chile

it's like the sound of an engine, it's continuous and it's 24/7, and I can hear it better inside a place than outside I have not been able to sleep more than 4 hours in the nights more than 3 years ago, I am already tired and I have swollen back and now I am suffering the sound 24/7 and I am exhausted and with bad mood. I feel misunderstood because, according to what I have read, very few people listen to such low frequencies. I have registered with equipment less than 15 hertz.
