A truck or ferry under water rising and falling The environmental health man said that it was my age(!) I thought actually he a Was a patronising ASS. My neighbour hears it if he�s up at the wee small hours. My husband hears it when he focuses in on the hum. It�s quite distressing some nights. I put a talking book on or a waves water sound to fall asleep to. I am intrigued as to what it is. We have lived here nearly 5 years, my husband has said for us to move home. ??
