low droning idling engine in the sky I would like to add when we first started hearing this I heard late at night a loud frequency and it hurt my head and it sounded like someone was adjusting a communications receiver but this was huge enveloping the whole atmosphere. At the same time period alot of military helicopters flying over frequently which was not normal. I have diligently persued this because I not only hear it i feel it and has even caused thermal heating in areas at different times. I have had a case open with claudia tennys office and they have contacted the fcc which wrote back and will not disclose on the government towers but other towers in the area were running to theyer rules. I believe there was corrections made though because for tissue heating is not an issue and vibration icoming through is not so much an issue mainly just droning noise now and when loud some ear swelling.
