Sounds like an idling diesel engine, a low pitch vibration. Is much louder inside my house than out doors. I have Tinnitus. I can hear the high pitch tinnitus tone simultaneously with the low pitch tone. Sometimes I will just hear one or the other and sometimes I hear nothing at all.
