An account in Yvelines, France

On June 6, 1980, three civil servants on patrol observe at 2 a.m. a curious object crossing the sky from West to East on a straight trajectory and at high speed. The object is rounded at the front and pointed at the back and shines like a neon light. The observation lasted 4 seconds before the object disappeared at the horizon. No sound of movement or falling was heard. No other information was collected on this phenomenon, for which we lack information.
