An open record of things people cannot explain

An account in Haute-Garonne, France

On July 14, 1979, at around 10:45 p.m., a witness in the middle of the crowd that had come to watch the fireworks noticed in the sky (at 45 degrees) the passage of a light that intrigued him. He observed for 8 to 12 seconds this luminosity that crossed the sky in a straight line from south to north at a constant speed. This object had the shape of a luminous disk with a small, blurrier tail. The witness noted color variations, but no noise coming from the object was perceptible. It disappeared quickly. Despite the crowd present at that moment, no other testimony was collected about this phenomenon, for which we lack information.
