Growling in Finist�re, France
On January 6, 1979 at around 10 p.m., a person was walking around their farm with their dog. Suddenly the dog, very frightened, started growling and took refuge under a tree. The witness then saw, at a height of 15 meters, a very bright, motionless shape. An object of circular shape topped with a dome emitted blinding lights and a slight blowing noise. The witness observed the object for 2 minutes from a building. After a swaying movement, the object disappeared at very high speed toward the West at 10:04 p.m. No other testimony was collected and no trace on the ground was observed the next day. Based on the noise and the swaying movement noted, the witness probably observed a helicopter.
