On Sunday, January 31, 2016, at around 6:45 p.m., a witness observes in the sky a set of white lights evoking halogen lights and forming a motionless bar. No noise is heard. The phenomenon quickly disappears behind a cloud. No other testimony is collected for that day. The witness, while doing research, discovers that a similar object was seen in Vichy in 2012.
