An open record of things people cannot explain

An account in Gers, France

Three people from the same area observed a luminous phenomenon on the night of July 23-24, 1976, around midnight. A bright white and bluish light moved at low altitude without any particular noise. It disappeared toward the southeast. The gendarmerie investigation, including with a witness who was a farmer, did not turn up any trace or clue suggesting the low-altitude passage of any device or object. The vegetation in the passage area indicated by the main witness remained intact, and no anomaly from a heat source or air displacement was found. The descriptions remain insufficient, and this phenomenon is classified as C due to lack of information.
