On August 7, 2015 at 3 a.m., a witness observes through foliage 4 fixed luminous phenomena of bright silver color and strongly shimmering. The lights are side by side, two by two on the same horizontal line. The witness observes the presence of these lights until 4:30 a.m. then decides to go to bed. No other testimony will be collected. Fixed lights seen through trees at low height (from the first floor), can have various origins a priori on the ground. Here, contact with the witness established that there is a stadium behind these trees. There could therefore have been special works that night or else it was the usual lighting that remained on exceptionally all night. Consequently, GEIPAN classifies B: probable ground lighting.
