An account in Sa�ne-et-Loire, France

On October 22, 2014, at around 1:10 a.m., a witness is surprised to hear two cries in the night. Approaching a roof window, he sees for a few seconds directly above him a metallic-colored disk surrounded by small reddish-pink light beams. The witness follows the silent movements of the phenomenon in the cloudy sky for about 20 seconds in total. No other testimony will be collected. This testimony is of good consistency: precise, but coming from a single witness and without photos. Given the objective elements defined in the investigation report (see attached document), namely: - Circular shape of the UAP - Presence of beams - Very fast speed - Presence of a cloud ceiling - Absence of noise We can conclude that the observation made by the witness is probably that of a set of lasers of the "Skytrackers" type, moving rapidly, projected at the base of the low cloud layer. The observation is not very strange because these are objects with ultimately ordinary behavior. This case is classified as "B" as a probable observation of a set of lasers impacting the low cloud layer.
