Recent testimony (04/09/2014) of an old observation whose witness does not remember the date of the day (the first of July is given arbitrarily). A witness and his wife observe from a distance the peculiar movements of a luminous phenomenon. No particular noise is heard during the observation, which lasts 5 minutes. Only one testimony is collected. This observation of a white luminous ball, with irregular, erratic behavior, is very strange.
