An account in Bas-Rhin, France

On August 30, 2013 at around 10:30 p.m., a witness observed for about ten seconds the silent movement of a blue point, the size of a tennis ball, descending from the sky with an S-shaped trajectory. During the descent, the colors changed from blue to red, to green, then to yellow. The light suddenly went out. Given the elements collected, in particular: - no precise information on the trajectory of the UAP. - no precise information either on the luminous or colorimetric characteristics of the UAP. - absence of angular measurements. We can conclude that the lack of information does not allow ruling in favor of any hypothesis. This case is classified as "C" as an observation of an unidentified phenomenon as it stands, the significant lack of elements not allowing a solid opinion to be established. This testimony is of low consistency: although a sketch exists, it remains imprecise and lacking in detail, and also lacks essential and necessary data for the rest of the study. Single eyewitness who testified, and no photo or video documents. The observation could be moderately strange; however, too many inaccuracies and gaps in the testimony prevent judging its strangeness in a truly valid way.
