On Saturday, August 10, 2013, at around 7:30 p.m., several people are intrigued by the silent passage of a dark, cigar-shaped object in the sky. It flies with the wind and moves fairly quickly just below the clouds. The intermittent observation lasts 15 to 20 seconds. The testimonies are very precise, and the witnesses very reliable. The strangeness of the phenomenon is average. Indeed, if no hypothesis manages to explain it while taking into account the precise elements reported by the witnesses, the phenomenon could correspond to an airplane or a drone if the observation conditions prevented the witnesses from noticing certain characteristic elements of it, or else to an object carried by the wind (a balloon shaped like an airplane).
