On June 21, 2013, a witness observed and photographed a fixed object of several changing and flashing colors in the night sky toward the west. The photographs were taken between 4:23 a.m. and 4:30 a.m.; the witness had the good idea to also send us two daytime photographs taken from the same spot and in the same direction.
