An account in Somme, France

On June 3, 2013, a witness observes the southeastward movement of a luminous phenomenon that intrigues him (several different times will be given: on June 6 on the questionnaire he states 11:18 PM and between 11:15 PM and 12:00 AM; and by email he states the phenomenon at 10:48 PM (see attached letter); on August 2 on the official report he states around 11:30 PM). On June 5, this witness will observe the same phenomenon at exactly 11:45 PM. The witness observes a very white light, about 4 times bigger than a star. The phenomenon moves near the witness's home. The phenomenon makes a very rapid zigzag trajectory (see the witness's sketch on the attached document) before disappearing from the witness's field of vision. After checks on Calsky, the observation of June 5, 2013 was that of the ISS with certainty. For the date of June 3, the times given lack precision to assert that the witness also saw the ISS (see the attached Calsky document). The changes of direction described by the witness are of course in contradiction with the ISS hypothesis: but this illusion of perception, known as the autokinetic illusion, is frequent during ISS observations. GEIPAN classifies this case as B: probable observation of the ISS (the imprecise observation time leaves a slight doubt).
