An account in Loiret, France

On 19 August 2012 between 01:10 (time) and 01:21 (email), a witness observes in the sky a luminous phenomenon of color that intrigues him. No other testimony is collected. Of average strangeness but of weak consistency (single witness, succinct testimony, contradictions, short observation, excessive interpretation), this case proves too incomplete to be identified. Thus, it is not clear whether the UAP was observed near the horizon or in the open sky. The duration of the observation phases is also questionable, as they are sometimes described as lasting several minutes, sometimes as spaced only a few seconds apart (see the investigation report). The description of the observation is therefore too incomplete to be properly analyzed. GEIPAN classifies this case "C" due to lack of information and cross-checking.
