An account in Vende, France

The witness reports multiple observations in the sky since 2011. The latest phenomena observed took place on Saturday, May 12, 2012 around 11:05 PM, Tuesday, May 15, 2012 around 11:53 PM, and Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 12:19 AM. Each time, these were luminous balls, bright like stars, moving in the sky in zigzags, able to accelerate, descend, and rise very quickly and without any noise. The observations mentioned correspond precisely to light flashes on Iridium and Metop satellites (see Calsky records). Other observations probably correspond to other satellites: the impression of slight zigzags along the trajectories of luminous points observed against a black background is common, it is an illusion, called autokinetic, due to the micro-movements that the eye makes to follow the point in the sky. The impression of moving away and coming closer comes from variations in the brightness of the objects: an object whose brightness decreases is interpreted as moving away. This observation case is classified "A": observation of sunlight reflections on satellites.
