On Saturday, July 2, 2011, around 10:30 p.m., two people observed the silent passage of an orange spherical object flying on a descending trajectory in the sky. Flames were seen at the base of the object. The sphere quickly disappeared while rising into the sky. The description given by the witness matches that of a Thai lantern, and its movement is consistent with the wind on that day (north wind).
