An open record of things people cannot explain

An account in Nouvelle-Caldonie, France

On January 9, 2011 at 6:50 a.m., two people observe and film the presence of a spherical, shiny, stationary object directly above an airfield. No particular noise is heard during the observation. When viewing the film, other objects are noticed without having been directly observed during the filming. Two phenomena are described in this testimony (see the investigation report): first, a shiny object of metallic color and spherical shape, whose description suggests a scientific balloon (it is not a Météo-France balloon). And dark objects crossing the camera's field of view at high speed: these are likely flying insects about one meter from the camera.
