On November 19, a witness observed from his home for 10 minutes a luminous phenomenon he could not explain. Cylindrical in shape, the light was very bright yellow, and the UAP was stationary, then moved slowly along a straight trajectory near the horizon. Of low strangeness and medium consistency (single testimony, uncertain date, but very precise documents provided), this case is unfortunately not identifiable, due to too long an interval between the observation and the publication of the testimony, making any field investigation impossible. The hypothesis of a misidentification with a lighthouse or a spotlight mounted on some vehicle (presumably ground-based) unfortunately cannot be formally validated (see the investigation report). This case is classified C, due to too long an interval between the date of observation and the sending of the testimony (nearly 4 years). Furthermore, the date of the observation is uncertain.
