On March 30, 2009 at 11:50 AM, a witness observed the presence of fighter jets in the sky. Suddenly a dull metallic noise was heard. The witness then saw a metallic gray-white colored sphere stationary in the sky. Its size was larger than the aircraft. This sphere disappeared and reappeared a few seconds later. The frightened witness then went back home. This poorly documented 2009 observation was submitted late for analysis by the panel of experts working with GEIPAN.
