An account in Hauts-de-Seine, France

On March 29, 2008, at around 7:05 or 7:10 PM, a witness was intrigued by the silent passage in the sky of 3 circular objects of dark color. The objects were quickly hidden by the urban landscape. The observation lasted about 30 seconds. Given the objective elements collected, namely: - Rounded shape of the objects. - Movement of the objects in the same axis as the wind: from South to North. - Maximum possible size estimated between about 1 m and 3 m. - Maximum possible altitude at the zenith estimated between about 30 m and 38.5 m. - Color and appearance of the objects similar to those of a transparent balloon. - Release zone not defined. - Three objects observed. - Strong discrepancy between the altitude estimates given by the main witness and the calculations made in this report. We can conclude that the objects described by the witness are objects carried by the wind: balloons whose nature and release location could not be defined. This case is to be classified as "B" as a probable observation of balloons, of unknown origin.
