An account in Bouches-du-Rhne, France

On June 24, 2001 at around 7 p.m., a witness observed a vertical cylindrical object moving slowly. The witness filmed the phenomenon while following it on a motorcycle to see it better as it moved. The estimated altitude of the object was 600 meters, and it seemed to measure 15 meters in height by 2.5 meters in diameter. It was aluminum-colored with bright points like headlights. The movement was slow, estimated at about 10 km/h. The investigation did not make it possible to identify this observation.
