On March 24, 1997, at around 6:30 a.m., a witness driving his car observed a luminous phenomenon made up of several superimposed rows of lights over a great width, on the order of 200 or 300 meters. The speed of the phenomenon was not very great, and it moved without making any noise. The estimated altitude was about 2,000 meters, and the phenomenon was located about 4 kilometers from the witness. No explanation could be provided for this observation.
