Recent testimony (2 September 2009) of an old observation (in 1996, give or take about 2 years; the day and month given here are arbitrary because the witness did not state them precisely). Around 7 p.m., a motorist observes with his daughter the movement at constant speed of a white halo measuring 80 cm by 40 cm. The witness notices a particular trajectory made of straight-line segments at constant speed and at 1.5 m from the ground. Moving from North to South, the object makes a sudden turn toward the West. No noise is heard during the observation, which lasts about one minute. No other testimony will be collected on this phenomenon, for which, given how old it is, any investigation is difficult if not impossible.
