An account in Essonne, France

On January 23, 1993, at around 00:20, a witness observed luminous halos in the cloudy sky from his window. There were 5 of them, with an apparent size of 1.5 meters, and they were rotating among themselves while keeping the same distance from one another. The witness's mother was also able to observe the phenomenon. After a certain time, one of the halos departed very quickly, while the others continued rotating. The phenomenon remained silent and was observed for about 15 minutes. The hypothesis of distant searchlights was favored.
