Red lights in Lot, France
On October 5, 1985 at around 7:20 p.m., a motorist and his passengers saw a large luminous phenomenon. While this phenomenon was moving, they saw a triangular shape with blinking green and red lights. No noise was heard, and the estimated speed was 80 to 100 km/h. During the investigation, it was established that training flights of 25 minutes each, in the same area, had taken place with a CESSNA type 150 aircraft. The pilot, who had several times lit up the cockpit and turned on the landing light for his students, observed nothing unusual during these flights. It is likely that the witnesses saw the aircraft in question during one of its passes over the area.
