An open record of things people cannot explain

An account in Isère, France

On September 14, 1985 at 5 p.m., a witness observed for one hour a dome-shaped object with lights inside. Much later in the evening and with binoculars, the object seemed to be followed by an incandescence. The observation was also made with binoculars by the gendarmes and the director of an observatory: unfortunately, the fog prevented any observation with the telescope. No other information was gathered on this phenomenon.
