A witness reports that in the month of July in the years 1970 to 1973 (his memories as to the date of observation are imprecise, so we date it as 01/07/1970) around 9 p.m. he was able to see arriving at an altitude of 300 or 400 meters a craft in the shape of a saucer, white or aluminum in color.
