An account in Seine-et-Marne, France

On November 1, 1981, several people in a vehicle observe, at 100 meters, a device stationary about thirty meters above a field. Driving at walking pace, the witnesses notice that the device has a hemispherical shape and a fluorescent color. At the bottom right, a spotlight aimed at the ground emits an intermittent white light. A kind of heat emission makes the outlines of the device blurry. Passing alongside the field again after dropping a person off at their home, they note the device's disappearance. The investigation did not turn up any traces or other witnesses of this phenomenon, for which we lack data.
