Paralysis
I had sleep paralysis once. It was when I awoke in the middle of the night from some kind of stressful dream, though I do not remember what the dream was about. The dream did stress me out to where I actually willed myself to wake up from it immediately. That was so cool, I became lucid in my dream and used my lucidity to wake up from the dream! I was awake in bed in the middle of the night, and I could not move, lol. So for about 30 seconds I am lying there thinking so this is what sleep paralysis is. Good thing I heard about it before so I was not freaking out. I know I was still tired and it was the middle of the night, so I fell right back to sleep about a minute later. That was the first, and only, time I experienced sleep paralysis.
